Bob West Drive for Marshall raises over $60,000
The 38th Annual Bob West Drive for Marshall Golf Tournament was held in June at the Cold Springs Golf and Country Club. Funds raised support local health programs. See photos from the day here: Click to see the photos!
“Bob West started this fundraiser 38 years ago. He recognized the importance that Marshall Medical Center plays in our county; from the health of our neighbors, to how much our local economy depends on it. As our non-profit, community healthcare system, Marshall doesn’t have the kind of financial cushion that its competitors have down the hill. We need Marshall, and Marshall needs us. Over the years, the event has raised more than $1,000,000 to support the patients, employees, and the needs of the hospital. If Bob were still with us, he’d be extremely proud”, said Bob Gillett, Marshall Foundation for Community Health Trustee Emeritus and Committee Chair.
